When it comes to arrival date changes, Lodgical Solution has you covered. Now you can change the arrival date on a reservation with an already past arrival date.
Forgot to change the arrival date on a reservation? Or have a no-show who wants to move their reservation date? With this new setting, you can change the arrival date within 24 hours after the original arrival date.
To access the past arrival date setting in Lodgical Solution Enterprise, follow these steps:
- In Lodgical, go to Utilities, Configuration, General, Program Settings.
- Click on the Preferences tab. Under System Preferences, find and check the box for “Can Change Arrival after Arrival Date”.
- Save and Exit
